Update

Sorry I didn't follow through with the Reno postings.

It got to be too many days of nothing happening. The workers were fast, efficient and clean. Very rarely any mess in the hallway and very little blocking of the way. Quality of work and the supplies used was extremely high. Not everyone happy but what else is new.

Was glad to get back into my own office but had a few weeks of feeling "Is this all there is?" A new carpet and paint colour isn't enough for all the time spent in what seemed to be a closet.
Kept busy knitting, of course, which kept the stress in check.

Have several large projects I want to work on and get done and slowly doing what I can.

A couple of weeks ago my friend Bev got the news that there was a growth on her pancreas. Since the symptoms are extremely hard to find the cause of, the prognosis isn't really good although some tumors are benign and can be removed.

Yesterday she saw her family doctor and today she was to see the specialist. We were going to meet tonight but she didn't see the specialist on time. Still waiting to hear so hope there is something positive.

Over ten years ago she had breast cancer and has been in a study ever since. Her decision at that time was that she was going to live to be 125. She better to use at least a third of the yarn she has. Last time we were out she did buy some yarn so can tell that she is still planning projects.

If we don't talk before than I should know something Friday as that is our night to go to the knitting group at the Little Red Mitten.
